Tea Tasting at LYON Center

Many thanks to everyone who came to Operation: TEA's first tea tasting on Saturday at LYON Center.  We had twenty participants and tried 7 different teas.  Also, a big thank you to Robert and Monique of LYON Center for generously hosting our event.

Here's a breakdown of the teas we had: Organic 'Precious Eyebrow' Green Tea, Silver Needles White Tea, Shu(Cooked) Puerh, Genmai Matcha, Gyokuro Hoshino, Matcha and finally Tie Guan Yin. 

All of these teas (except Tie Guan Yin and Matcha) are available at our Tea Shop along with many others.  Tie Guan Yin will be coming soon.
